These days life can be one big blur. You could be jumping from one task to another without really knowing why. It can all be very confusing. One of the best ways that you can get started is to practice breathing meditation. It is a simple and effective meditation method that does not require a heavy of the philosophy behind it.

The first thing for you to do is to find a quiet spot. You can then sit down comfortably and keep your back straight. Then you can start breathing heavily. Inhale through your mouth and exhale through your nose. Try to prolong your inhaling. Concentrate on the breathing, but don’t get frustrated if thoughts come to your mind during the process. Just let it flow and focus on the breathing. Do this regularly every day for then minutes and you would soon feel the difference that it brings.
